Out-of-town landlords & small property managers
The fridge died. Find a replacement without calling six shops.
I'm building a directory of local used and scratch-and-dent appliance shops' live inventory. Tell me what you need and where, and you'll hear about it as soon as a shop nearby has it.
Built by a landlord who got tired of doing this from out of town. Free to join.
Replacing one appliance shouldn't take a week of phone calls.
The good deals are on the floor of shops with no website. The only way to know is to call — during business hours.
Listings that are already sold, sellers who stop answering, and no idea what you're getting.
Every day without a working fridge or stove is a day of texts from an unhappy tenant.
How the alerts will work
Shops keep their inventory current by scanning a sticker on each appliance, so what you see is actually on the floor.
Tell me what you need
Type, size, gas or electric, color, your price limit — and the zip code of the property.
Get an alert
When a participating shop near that property lists a match, you get an email with photos and the price.
Call or reserve
Contact the shop directly and ask about delivery and haul-away.
Also in the works for landlords
Things I'm building for my own rentals first. If they save me hours, they'll be offered here.
Tenant repair requests from a QR code
A sticker on the fridge or water heater. The tenant scans it, describes the problem and snaps a photo — including the model tag.
- You get one tidy request instead of a text thread
- Approve a repair from a single text reply
- Every repair, invoice and vendor in one place
Repair or replace, answered for you
When a repair quote comes back high, you see matching replacements in stock nearby right next to it.

Tell me what you're looking for.
Send one email with the appliance, the zip code and your price limit. I'll reply personally, and you'll be first in line when the directory opens in your area.
